In Loving Memory of Frankie Bouslaugh

CARROLL COUNTY, Ohio — The community of Carrollton is grieving the tragic death of Frankie Bouslaugh, 82, who passed away Tuesday evening in a two-vehicle crash on County Road 54.

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol’s New Philadelphia Post, Bouslaugh was driving a 2009 Honda Fit northwest when it crossed the center line and collided with a southwest-bound 2016 Ram. The Honda spun off the road into a ditch, while the Ram struck a guardrail. Bouslaugh was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The driver of the Ram, a 21-year-old from West Virginia, and a passenger were not injured. Officials noted that alcohol is not suspected, but Bouslaugh was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. The investigation is ongoing.

Frankie Bouslaugh is remembered by family, friends, and neighbors as a cherished member of the Carrollton community. His sudden passing has left loved ones heartbroken and the entire town in mourning. Residents are keeping his family in their thoughts and prayers during this incredibly difficult time.
