HERNDON — The Herndon community is mourning the tragic loss of Daniel Barnhart, 39, who died Thursday evening following a single-vehicle crash in Jackson Township, north of Herndon.
According to state police, troopers were dispatched at 6:57 p.m. to the 6000 block of State Route 147 after receiving a report of a vehicle that had crashed off the roadway. Daniel was operating a 2008 Ford F-150 when he lost control for unknown reasons and struck an embankment along the side of the road.
