Halley Woodward, 40, Dies in Medina County Two-Vehicle Crash

MEDINA COUNTY, Ohio — The Medina County community is mourning the tragic loss of Halley Woodward, 40, who died following a two-vehicle crash on Saturday morning, January 31, 2026, in Hinckley Township.

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the collision occurred just after 9:45 a.m. at the intersection of State Road and State Route 303. Preliminary investigations indicate that a 2018 Ford Fusion, driven by Woodward, was traveling north on State Road and failed to yield from a stop sign while turning onto SR-303. Her vehicle was struck by a 2022 Chevrolet Colorado traveling east on SR-303.

Halley Woodward was transported to Brunswick Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead. The driver of the Chevrolet sustained minor injuries and did not require hospitalization. Authorities confirmed that both drivers were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash.
