WEST NYACK, N.Y. – The West Nyack community is mourning the tragic loss of Joe Sigh, who was killed Wednesday evening while attempting to cross Route 303 near Route 59.
According to authorities, the fatal incident occurred at approximately 5:45 p.m. Emergency responders pronounced Sigh dead at the scene after he was struck by a vehicle. Route 303 was closed in both directions near Bobby Lane while the Clarkstown Police Department’s Accident Investigation Unit processed the scene.
