Victim Identified in San Francisco Rincon Hill Shooting

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — The San Francisco Office of the Chief Medical Examiner has identified the victim of a fatal shooting in the Rincon Hill neighborhood as 31-year-old Keonte Antonio Deshawn Woods, a rapper and resident of Solano County.

Police say the incident occurred just after 2 a.m. on Monday on the 500 block of Harrison Street, where Woods was shot. Emergency personnel transported him to a local hospital, but he later succumbed to his injuries.

As of Wednesday, authorities have not announced any arrests in connection with the shooting. Police have also not shared additional details regarding the circumstances of the incident.
