MILLSBORO, Del. — The Delaware State Police have identified 60-year-old Vincent Spinelli of Millsboro as the man who died in a single-vehicle crash Wednesday evening in Millsboro.
The Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit continues to investigate the incident. Authorities are asking anyone who witnessed the crash or has relevant information to contact Sergeant A.
