In Loving Memory of Jordan Hall

OLIVE BRANCH, Miss. — The Olive Branch community is grieving the tragic loss of 17-year-old Jordan Hall, who died Sunday evening, January 18, 2026, in a small plane crash near the Holly Springs–Marshall County Airport in Marshall County, Mississippi.

Jordan was one of two victims killed when the aircraft went down around 5 p.m. in a wooded area just east of the airport runway. Deputies arrived quickly and found the small plane on fire. Despite the rapid response of multiple local fire departments, Jordan and 29-year-old Wesley Bolden of Marshall County did not survive.

Authorities are continuing their investigation with assistance from federal agencies. The type of aircraft, its intended destination, and the cause of the crash have not yet been determined.

The community has expressed deep sorrow over Jordan’s passing. Olive Branch Mayor Ken Adams extended condolences to the family, noting the profound impact of losing a young life. Friends, classmates, and neighbors are remembering Jordan for her bright spirit, her kindness, and the joy she brought to those around her.
