KANKAKEE COUNTY, Ill. — The Kankakee County community is mourning the tragic loss of Courtney M. Drysdale, 30, of Momence, who was found deceased on Monday, February 2, 2026, at a local bar along Illinois Route 114 near the Illinois-Indiana state line.
According to the Kankakee County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to reports of a possible deceased individual around noon. Upon arrival, officers located Courtney, who was pronounced dead at the scene. Evidence collected during the investigation has led authorities to classify her death as a homicide.
