The Danville and Pittsylvania County community is mourning the tragic loss of Brandi Lee Fisk, 33, who passed away on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, following a single-vehicle crash on Martinsville Highway.
According to the Virginia State Police, Brandi was driving a 2006 Pontiac Vibe near Pineview Road when she lost control of the vehicle at a high rate of speed. The car ran off the left side of the roadway, struck an embankment, and overturned, ejecting Brandi. She was transported to Sovah Health in Danville, where she later succumbed to her injuries.
Authorities confirmed that Brandi was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. The investigation into the accident remains ongoing.
Brandi will be remembered for the joy and warmth she brought to those around her, and her passing has left a deep void in the lives of family, friends, and the community. Her life, though tragically cut short, is honored for the love, memories, and impact she leaves behind.
