SHEBOYGAN, Wis. — The Sheboygan community is grieving the loss of Joseph Torres, 19, who was fatally shot in a double shooting on Saturday evening near 10th Street and Alabama Avenue.
Authorities reported the incident occurred shortly after 8 p.m. inside a home. Emergency responders transported Torres to a local hospital, where he was pronounced deceased. An 18-year-old woman was also injured and taken to a hospital in Green Bay; her condition has not been released.
