The Robeson County community mourns the loss of Robert Lee Taylor, Jr., age 42, who passed away on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, in the Shannon community of Robeson County, North Carolina.
Robert was discovered during a welfare check at his home on Lewis Farm Road. Authorities reported that he appears to have been shot, and the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office is actively investigating his death.
