In Loving Memory of Sean J. Molitor

SULPHUR, La. – The Sulphur community is grieving the tragic and untimely loss of Sean J. Molitor, 19, who was killed Wednesday afternoon in a motorcycle crash on Interstate 10.

Authorities report that Molitor was riding a 2018 Suzuki motorcycle westbound near mile marker 23 when his vehicle collided with a 2015 Nissan truck, causing him to lose control and be ejected from his motorcycle. Emergency responders pronounced him deceased at the scene. The driver of the truck sustained only minor injuries.

Sean’s sudden death has left family, friends, and neighbors devastated. Those who knew him remember a bright, caring, and energetic young man whose life was full of promise. His passing is a heartbreaking loss, leaving a void in the hearts of those who loved him and a ripple of grief throughout the Sulphur community.
