HUDSON, Ohio — Authorities have identified the man who died in a three-vehicle crash earlier this week on Route 91 in Hudson. The Summit County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed the victim as Trevez Terrell, 43, a native of Akron, following the February 18 collision.
The crash occurred around 5:34 a.m. Wednesday near Hines Hill Road. The Hudson Police Department and Hudson Fire Department responded to reports of a multi-vehicle crash. First responders found three vehicles involved, and Terrell, who was driving one of them, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Several occupants of the other vehicles sustained injuries and were transported to local hospitals. Authorities have not released updates on their current conditions.
The circumstances leading to the crash remain under investigation. The Hudson Police Department is working alongside the Summit Metro Crash Response Team to determine the factors that may have contributed to the collision. Officials have not indicated whether weather, speed, or roadway conditions played a role.
